President
President oversees the whole management of the organisation and is in charge of the coordination of the National Team. President is the organisation’s legal representative, represents HelMSIC in IFMSA and EMSA international meetings and is a member of the executive board.

Vice President on External Affairs – VPE
VPE oversees the external image, the promotion of the organisation, works with the Treasurer for fundraising, coordinates partnerships with other organisations and is a member of the executive board.

Vice President on Internal Affairs – VPI
VPI oversees the normal function of HelMSIC, is in charge of the interaction between the Local Committees and the National Team, has a supervising role in the National Meetings’ organisation and is a member of the executive board.

Secretary General – SecGen
SecGen oversees the correspondence of HelMSIC, handles the General Secreteriat of the organisation, is in charge of the archiving procedures in HelMSIC and is a member of the executive board.

Treasurer
Treasurer oversees the financial management of HelMSIC and fundraising in collaboration with VPE, and is a member of the executive board.

National Exchange Officer – NEO
NEO oversees the management and administration of professional (clinical) exchanges in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Exchange Officers (LEO) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Officer on Research Exchanges – NORE
NORE oversees the management and administration of research exchanges in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Officers on Research Exchanges (LORE) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Officer on Medical Education – NOME
NOME oversees the management and administration of medical education issues and initiatives in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Officers on Medical Education (LOME) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Officer on Human Rights and Peace – NORP
NORP oversees the management and administration of human rights issues in the area of world health in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Officers on Human Rights and Peace (LORP) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Officer on Public Health – NPO
NPO oversees the management and administration of public health issues in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Officers on Public Health (LPO) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Officer on Reproductive and Sexual Health including HIV/AIDS – NORA
NORA oversees the management and administration of reproductive and sexual health issues in HelMSIC and coordinates the team of Local Officers on Reproductive and Sexual Health including HIV/AIDS (LORA) for the conduct of this field’s activities.

National Training Director – NTD
NTD oversees the management and development of Training Support Division of HelMSIC and coordinates the Trainers team, aiming for HelMSIC members’ capacity building.

National Communication Director – NCD
NCD oversees the management and development of Communication Support Division of HelMSIC, moderates the official websites of HelMSIC, Social Media and the groups of communication and coordinates the team of Local Communication Coordinators (LCC).

Projects’ Support Division Director – PSDD
PSDD oversees the quality assurance and the development of HelMSIC projects in collaboration with other members of the National Team.
